It has a simple set of rules that may or not change as we iron out features and policies:
Prices are:
10,000 for front plot
5,000 for middle plot
2,500 for back plot
Located at /warp shop. Also includes the AdminShop.

The AdminShop in Shopworld now contains a "Rares and Unobtainables" section, just walk down the staircase!
