Mod/Admin who banned you: Taccypoo

Reason you were banned: building a safe base beneath Taccypoo's castle

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: I did not do any damage and replaced all block that I destroyed. I was building on a part which appeared to be unused, was 7 or 8 blocks away and was not technically in his base and I was building in order to have a safe, grief-proof base as many of my previous building had been destroyed. If i have caused any damage to the castle (which I did not) then Taccypoo has my apologies.

A) Even if you replace it (Which I'm certain you did not) it's still griefing.
B) Building closer than 5 blocks to someone else is griefing, let alone building in someone else's building.
C) On your next server, build far away from spawn to avoid griefers.

What's the length of the ban? Plus, profatty you should have listened to taccy and abided by the rules in the first place.

Building underneath.... well if this was an intentional thing, which it sounds like then, yeah, probably shouldn't have done that... way i see things, underground = free place, otherwise you shouldn't be allowed to mine outside of your area.

Howevere if you don't want someone to grief then yeah, build miles away from spawn, but be warned if you do this and someone does find you, they will probably build near you (least in my experience they have done).
