Hi I am wanting to get staff on this server, a good reason i would be good for staff is everyday after school I get on. I love this sever to death and if would be nice to have staff.

Hello, NotCrypt0! I'm sure the current staff members love your eagerness and courage, but you are not near qualified enough yet to be in the position to apply for staff.

Not only that, but you didn't even care to use the correct application format. 

Maybe come back in a while, when you have the qualifications, and you can apply then :)
