[PSA] All Servers Down

Hi everyone,

Im sorry to say that all servers will be down for the next few hours as we have had a severe issue with our bans database essentially meaning that anyone could log in at the moment. So I've shut it down until we can get the database connected properly again. Im very sorry for any inconvenience, I know I used to despise announcements like this when I just wanted to get on and play!

The staff team is doing everything we can to get it all working again :)

Update:
No data is lost, no accounts are compromised, everything is fixable. We will however be down for at least another hour, at most 2.5h. We're doing our very best, and everything will be fine, but please be patient for a little while!

Update: The server is currently undergoing a backup as a precaution for the future. Everything has now been fixed so we will be up as soon as we can!

Final update: sorry, forgot to post here. Fixing took about two hours then letting the whole server zip up took about the same amount.

The server has been back for around an hour now!
