Alpha,
Couple of reasons we locked this application, though we love the enthusiasm you are showing!
1) it is recommended that a player have been active on Oasis for about three or four months as a basis before applying. This guide is based on your forum join date, in this case, Nov 27th 2015. You only recently were promoted to Trusted, try not to rush your ranks. Enjoy the perks of being trusted and keep being an awesome member of the community like you have been!
2) This app is very lacking in detail. You don't have to write a novel about why you want to apply for Vet, but it is expected that more thought and consideration would be given to explaining why you deserve the rank then one line.
As other players have said in the past, players who receive Vet rank are chosen by other players through voting. "Why do you deserve Veteran status? What sets you apart from the other Trusted players?" This question is where you justify your reasoning as to why you, deserve it more then the other Vet Candidates you would be running against. One line really will not do it. Take some time to look at the other applications in this section and read some examples to get a better feel of what players are looking for and expect out of potential applications.
When you feel ready to reapply, let one of the staff know and we can unlock this one or make a new one in the future! In the meantime just keep welcoming new and old players alike and helping in anyway you can on Oasis!
