He is telling the truth, told it all to me recently. Apparently the house was incomplete and therefore easily mistaken. No one was also there working on it.

Our rules clearly state that if you didn't build it, don't touch it.

David is right, and you did destroy the base of a house, and maybe that person went offline for a bit, and was coming back on. Who knows, but you griefed blocks that were belonged to someone else, and therefore you were banned.
